About Molly B. Jackson
Molly Jackson, M.D., is a board certified physician at UW Medical Center, UW Medicine’s assistant dean for Professionalism and a UW associate professor of General Internal Medicine and an adjunct associate professor of Biomedical Informatics and Medical Education. She is also head of Cascade College and chair of the UW Medicine Continuous Professionalism Improvement Committee.
Dr. Jackson is committed to treating every patient as if they were her own family member. She greatly enjoys collaboration between care teams, deeply involving patients in decision-making and getting to know her patients as humans. She also greatly enjoys teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
Dr. Jackson earned her M.D. at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her clinical and research interests include medical professionalism, giving feedback and quality improvement in perioperative medicine.
Personal Interests
In her free time Dr. Jackson enjoys hiking, gardening, camping, sailing, cooking, and spending time with her husband and two young sons.
