Staff always very friendly, listens and thorough

Incredible care provided! Everyone involved has a amazing attitude about what they do! I'm sure the staff can get tired and overworked, but you would never know it. In fact I was so impressed with everyone's great energy ans attitude! From the doctor to every other interaction I experienced was perfessional and kind!I truly am not one to just give out high praise at random,but the people working there at all their different positions are amazing! I'm sure that the care they show helps their patients more than they even know. Lastly, I personally left feeling much better after all my different procedures thinking ," it really helps to get through all that when you are dealing great people!"

I wish all doctors were like Dr. Sundararajan. Great staff as well.

I loved Dr Miel, she listened to me had an incredible demeanor, was very caring, Incredibly knowledgeable was able to explain some things about my condition that I wanted further knowledge in a way that was very easy to understand. I felt heard I felt seen and I felt listened to and incredibly comfortable:) The PA that helped me was also very knowledgeable. Listened, made me very comfortable. Even dimmed the lights when they hurt my eyes.My only complaint is the wait times to try to talk to someone in any of the offices. However Every person that I talked to on the phone or saw in person was fantastic once we got to them. Your staff is incredible and I would recommend Harborview and this medical team to anybody that needs help like I do.

Doctor Miel S. Is ALWAYS an excellent listener, she pays attention to our concerns and knows our medical history. She has a lot of patients and treats everyone as if we were her only patient.

Thorough and clear. Good explanations

Doctor does care about patients well & her explanation is really good. No complaint about her professionalism and patients cares. But on average visits, I have been waiting for more than 1 hours from check in office to physically seeing Dr. It is too much that the Harborview should do something about WAITING.

The doctor is very knowledgeable, but they could not explain why the visit took almost two hours when only 15 minutes were spent with me. They mentioned not much was happening, yet they couldn't answer my questions. The long wait time was hard to justify; this was my second experience with such a delay. The first time was in September with the same doctor.

The Dr was very clear explaining everything to me and she always shows exceptional care.

Dr Sundararajan is an excellent listener and takes my input into consideration of care decisions. Examples include surgical options, delay risks, alternative future treatments .

Doctor Sundararajan was wonderful. She listens to the patient. She was very helpful answering my questions and even though I was the last patient of the day, she was extremely attentive, supportive and took all the time she needed to help me with the care of my eyes.

I didn't see the doctor this time but she is AMAZING and so is the rest of the staff.

Dr. Sunderajan is very kind and precise in her work and does a very great job of discussing my condition and the care plan to me in terms I understand.

This ophthalmologist is a gem. She is brilliant, an excellent communicator, dedicated to quality work, and very nice. In other words, she is a keeper. Keep her happy with pay raises and a reasonable workload.

Dr. Sundararajan is always very nice and she does listen to your concerns. As in any healthcare system, they are always so busy and it can feel like you're just in an assembly line but she does her best to give me information necessary to make an informed decision.
