Michelle is incredible at what she does. It was my first time meeting with her, and I can already tell that she is very experienced, very good at what she does, and very professional. She's passionate about her work and genuinely makes the patient feel heard and cared for. She is good about answering questions and ensuring the patient knows what's happening regarding their care. Very friendly and personable.
