Michelle H. Mulugeta, PA-C, is a physician assistant in Neurological Surgery at Harborview Medical Center.

Michelle believes healthcare should be an open dialogue between the patient and provider. Therefore, it is important to her that her patients feel their concerns are heard, so they can work together to build a plan that best suits their health needs.

Michelle earned her master’s degree in physician assistant practice at Rosalind Franklin University, Chicago. She is board-certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining the Harborview Neurosurgery group, she practiced in family medicine with special emphasis on women and children's health.
