Michele Curatolo, MD, PhD, is a physician at UW Medical Center - Montlake, director of the UW Medicine Interventional Pain Program, the UW Endowed Professor of Medical Education and Research, and a UW School of Medicine Professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.

Dr. Curatolo provides individualized state-of-the-art care of acute and chronic pain, making best use of the available evidence and his long-standing clinical experience. He has been nominated multiple times Seattle Top Doctor in the field of pain medicine. Dr. Curatolo's research in the area of pain is supported by multiple grants from the National Institute of Health.

Dr. Curatolo's main clinical expertise is in interventional pain procedures in a context of multimodal management of pain syndromes.
