Michael Frederick Fialkow, M.D., M.P.H. is a female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery sub-specialty board-certified physician. He is an expert in vaginal reconstructive surgery, management of urinary incontinence as well as neuromodulation and repair of complications from reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Fialkow earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his M.D. from the University of Washington. Dr. Fialkow completed both residency in OB/GYN and fellowship Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Washington. Dr. Fialkow also completed a Masters in Public Health during his period as Women’s Reproductive Health Scholar.
Dr. Fialkow's clinical interests include fecal incontinence, pelvic prolapse, neurostimulation and complications from reconstructive surgery. He focuses on developing collaborative plans of care with his patients in an effort to significantly improve their quality of life.
Dr. Fialkow enjoys soccer and watching the Sounders, hiking, cycling, skiing, travel and reading fiction.
