Meghann Gerber, Psy.D., M.S., is a psychologist at Hall Health Center on the UW campus.
Dr. Gerber provides individual and group psychotherapy as well as crisis intervention to undergraduate, graduate and professional school students. She also has experience working with adolescents, families and couples. Her approach to psychotherapy is integrative, reflecting her training in dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness meditation and contemporary insight-oriented treatments. She strives to meet individuals where they are and collaboratively establish meaningful therapeutic goals.
Dr. Gerber earned her Psy.D. and M.S. from Long Island University, Brookville, New York. Her areas of clinical interest include life transitions, identity formation and use of mindfulness practices in coping with difficult life events.
Outside of work, Dr. Gerber can be found hiking the Cascades with her dog.
