Megann N. Mitchell, F.N.P.-B.C. is a nurse practitioner in the Emergency Department at Harborview Medical Center. She received degrees in undergraduate nursing, as well as advanced practice from Seattle Pacific University, and has worked in emergency services in Seattle since 2006.

Mitchell's clinical interests include wilderness emergency medicine and ultrasound-guided procedures and diagnosis.

Mitchell enjoys the educational aspects of my role in patient care. Finding reliable health-related information can be difficult for some people, but by staying current on the latest research and practice guidelines, she is equipped to provide patients with up-to-date information to better answer their questions and assist them in obtaining their personal health goals. She appreciates patients who are actively engaged in their care.
