Megan L. Wilson, M.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Washington. She provides full spectrum care and sees patients at the UW Northgate Clinic and at the UW Medical Center on the Family Medicine inpatient service.

Dr. Wilson completed medical school at the University of Virginia and family medicine residency at the University of Washington. 

Dr. Wilson's clinical interests include  women’s health, obstetrics, caring for patients with developmental disabilities, mental health, addiction treatment and resident education.

Dr. Wilson enjoys caring for patients of all ages and backgrounds and developing long-term relationships with my patients. She believes the best medical care is delivered in partnership with patients, their families, and their communities. She enjoys working with her patients to help them reach their health care goals. 

Personal Interests

Dr. Wilson enjoys volunteering at a horse rescue, horseback riding, cooking, gardening, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with friends and family.
