Megan L. Wilson, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician providing full spectrum care including office procedures and hospital medicine and obstetrics at the UW Medical Center - Montlake.

Dr. Wilson appreciates that each patient is an individual with unique physical and mental health care needs. She enjoys working in partnership with patients to help them achieve their goals. She believes in a harm reduction approach to chronic disease management including substance use disorders. Dr. Wilson has received the UW Medicine Doctor Satisfaction and Excellence (PRAISE) Award. 

Dr. Wilson's clinical interests include all aspects of primary care and family medicine including women’s health and reproductive care including abortion, prenatal care and obstetrics, LGBTQ care, mental health care, addiction treatment, and caring for individuals with special needs including developmental disabilities.

Currently, Dr. Wilson is only accepting new maternity patients. Providers who are not accepting new patients typically accept relatives of current patients.

Dr. Wilson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Medicine and Associate Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency Program.
