Dr. Shaw was wonderful and helped my condition
Dr. Shaw and [...] were both fantastic and wonderful at what they do . I did feel like my appointment was rushed (on my end) because I had another scheduled appointment to get to and my appointment started 45 minutes late. I originally had planned plenty of time in between appointments but this appointment had to be rescheduled due to a scheduling error.
Dr. Shaw is a superb clinician in every way. That includes her communication, concern, empathy, and first and foremost, her diagnostic ability and explanations of testing options and treatments. She epitomizes modern medicine at its very best.

Dr Shaw is an excellent doctor! She always listens to my concerns and works with me to find the best treatment options.
I have been in intense pain in my knee for over a week. Dr Shaw quickly assessed the situation, came up with a plan, including needed labs and X-rays and proceeded to inject cortisone and to offer her opinion on future treatments should the Injection not work. The treatment was immediately successful, I am feeling so much better one day later. I drive approx 300 miles round trip to see Dr Shaw for in person visits. It is worth it. She always takes her time, she performs a detailed check up, goes over all meds, asks you what you think the problem is and she takes action via a treatment, medication, or a referral. I can't thank her enough.
Dr. Megan Shaw has proven herself to be the best rheumatologist I have had in thirty years. She is a good listener, patient provider, and well- informed. As my case has become Increasingly complicated, I am confident that my care is in good hands. I am grateful to have found a skilled and profoundly kind provider.

Dr Shaw really listens. She considers my concerns carefully. I trust her
We find Dr. Shaw to be a careful listener who answers our questions and concerns. She does not rush the visit but provides an appropriate amount of time to ask questions - hers as well as ours. It is obvious and reassuring that she carefully reads the chart history, and test results, and is thorough with her assessment.

Dr. Shaw was very kind, empathetic and curious about my problems and took time to truly understand my concerns and pain. She was thorough in her examination and asked a lot of questions to make sure she was providing me with the proper care. Providers taking the time to actually care about their patients and their needs is huge and this is the exact type of care that should be recognized. Your organization should seek to align with more providers like her.
