This was my first time meeting with Dr. Feng, so naturally I was a little anxious. From the moment she walked into the room, I felt a sense of relief. She is a great fit for me. She has a calming personality, caring and honest concern for my well-being. I am looking forward to having a positive, long-term relationship with her, if she doesn't leave.

As always, Dr. Feng is a top-knotch PCP. The best I have ever had. Though not on my list of concerns when I came to the appointment, she addressed a concern I had about a long-standing skin problem I've been having for several years, even had seen a UW dermatologist about, and offered a suggestion that turned out to be an easy fix for the problem.

We adore Dr. Feng, she is very empathetic, attentive and always looking for the best doctors to continue our treatment.

Dr. Feng is undeniably professional, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly precise in her approach. With her dedication and adherence to protocols, she could easily excel as an engineer fixing complex systems like robots. However, as a patient, I felt a complete lack of compassion in my interactions with her. She approaches patient care as if it's solely a technical task-following the guidelines she learned in school without going the extra mile to address her patients' unique needs or concerns. [...] I felt dismissed when describing my symptoms, with no clear plan of how to proceed. If I were simply an overly cautious patient, I would have appreciated steps to prove that I had nothing to worry about. Instead, there was no effort to explore further symptoms, double-check through lab results, or even reassure me. I left the appointment feeling more uncertain than before, which is the opposite of what good healthcare should provide.
