I have a very unique and complicated medical history with several rare diseases. In the past I've had providers who had to Google my diseases and they didn't know how to treat the symptoms I was seeing them for. I've left so many appointments feeling hopeless and passed around. With Dr. Alvarado, I was not only listened to, I was seen. I apologized for her getting a "zebra" patient, but she reassured me and instead of feeling like a burden, I felt cared for. She took her time and helped come up with a plan and explained the next steps. I never felt rushed or brushed aside. The front desk and clinical staff were also friendly and great.
