Dr. Endo and team are probably the best medical team I've encountered. Super knowledgeable, takes time to explain and answer questions, thorough and caring. The experience makes me want to switch from Swedish to UW. Next level care.

Dr. Endo is by far and away the best endocrinologist I have ever met. She is the first doctor to treat my cancer with actual empathy. She is clearly well-informed in not just her field but also in patient centered communication. The entire Endocrinology department at UW and Fred Hutch have A LOT to learn from Dr. Endo. She is an OUTSTANDING doctor and should be praised for her world-class care.

Dr. Endo was amazing! She spent time explaining the thyroid biopsy and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and I loved that she had a good sense of humor! I will continue to recommend her to anyone who asks for a thyroid specialist.

I would like to highlight that the wait in the exam room prior to meeting with Dr. Endo may have been purely circumstantial as my husband learned that she had a procedure scheduled, we were told about this after waiting 30 minutes. I propose letting patients know what to expect throughout the wait, popping in to provide updates and keeping us informed during the process. The team was courteous, and kind. Dr. Endo is thorough, knowledgeable, and a great physician.

Dr Endo was extremely detail oriented and provided data driven reasoning for proposed treatment options. She was very clear in explaining everything and very patient with answering my questions. My first impression was great. I was a little frustrated that the wait time for the doctor to enter the room was too long however she apologized and once in the room she was fully present. If she was giving the patient before me the same level of service I received then great on her!
