Dr. Smith was friendly and sympathetic to my concerns. He explained my condition and the options for dealing with it. He offered to help hasten the process and get me in line for surgery.
Dr. Smith communicated extremely well in describing my condition and my options for treatment. I have complete confidence in him.
Dr Smith was exceptional in his bed side manor and offering sufficient time during our appointment to clearly explain what is going on with my diagnosis and options to consider moving forward. A pleasure to be under his care
Really appreciated explanation in terms we could understand and answering our questions! Felt heard!
It was a very good experience. For me since my accident I get confused when giving answers or comprehension to some degree. But Dr Smith spent the time to go over realistic outcomes. Making it easier for me to come to a decision. Even though I have to temper my expectations. Which I completely understand. And have a lot of work to get the best results I can. I appreciate when a doctor gives me straight answers.
