I am so appreciative of Marlene's care. She is patient, takes time to listen to what is going on (even if I am a bit rambly), provides thoughtful options, and ensures that I have a level of agency in how we approach next steps. I really value her approach as it has helped me navigate psychiatric concerns that are intertwined with a physiological medical condition, and I feel as though my care is being approached in a holistic manner.
