About Mark Robert Ferguson
Mark Ferguson, M.D., is a board certified radiologist at Seattle Children's Hospital and UW Medical Center. He is also a UW assistant professor of Radiology, associate professor of Pediatric Radiology and adjunct associate professor of Pediatrics.
As a radiologist, Dr. Ferguson is particularly excited about the technological advances in medical imaging. With relatively noninvasive techniques, radiology plays an ever-expanding role in patient care.
Dr. Ferguson earned his M.D. from the University of Michigan. He has a particular interest in cardiovascular imaging. Other clinical and research interests include body MRI, cardiovascular imaging, tissue iron-overload assessment and image post-processing.
Personal Interests
In his free time Dr. Ferguson enjoys hiking, bicycling and gardening.
