Marisa Monroe, P.A.-C., M.P.A.S., is a board certified physician assistant at UW Medical Center and a UW teaching associate of Cardiology.
Monroe practices electrophysiology with pediatric and adult patients. She strives to create active partnerships with her patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Monroe received her medical education at the University of Utah. Her clinical interests include atrial fibrillation ablation program, electrophysiology procedure follow-up, management of arrhythmias and cardiovascular implantable electronic device interrogation. Her research interests include heart rhythm disorders, cardiac ablation and cardiovascular implantable electronic devices.
In her spare time, Monroe enjoys sports, exercise, reading, cultural arts and spending time with her family and friends.
