Marie Vrablik, M.D., M.C.R., is a board certified physician in the Emergency Department at UW Medical Center and a UW instructor of Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Vrablik enjoys working in emergency medicine as she feels called to care for those in unexpected and sometimes scary situations. She hopes to be able to provide not only excellent medical care, but also emotional support as her patients face sudden or difficult decisions while in emergency situations.
Dr. Vrablik earned her M.D. from Saint Louis University. She completed an emergency medicine residency and also obtained a master's in clinical research at Indiana University. Dr. Vrablik is a fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. Her research interests include patient safety, quality improvement and resident education.
In her free time Dr. Vrablik enjoys running, biking with her husband, baking, hiking, reading and attempting to cook meals that her toddler will eat.
