BiographyMaggie Bolton, A.R.N.P., C.N.M., is a nurse practitioner and nurse midwife at the UW Neighborhood Ballard Clinic.
Bolton provides care across the lifespan from menstruation irregularities, fertility, family planning, pregnancy and menopause. She enjoys providing empowering care during routine exams and helping patients towards unique, individual health goals. During pregnancy she provides supportive care helping families. She works with patients to help find optimal wellness and balance in mind and body while using both holistic and evidence-based approaches.
Bolton received her medical education at UC San Francisco. Her clinical specialties are normal labor and birth, family planning, IUD insertions, self care, nutrition, and exercise. She also specializes in mindfulness as a tool for pregnancy and for other life transitions. Teaching Mindfulness Based Childbirth and Parenting is something she does on the side, but also incorporates into her clinical practice.
