Lydia Sun, PharmD, is a clinical pharmacist who specializes in kidney, liver, and pancreas transplant surgeries. She believes in working closely with her patients and other healthcare providers to develop personalized medication care plans. Her biggest priority is ensuring that patients get the most out of their medicines. Dr. Sun’s clinical interests include transplant immunosuppression, infectious disease, and diabetes management.

She previously worked with the internal medicine team at the UW Medical Center for 8 years.
