Loreto Lollo, M.D., is a board certified anesthesiologist at Harborview and a UW professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
Preventing pain during and after surgery is the Holy Grail for anesthesiologists.
Dr. Lollo believes that regional anesthesia provides a safe, certain and satisfying experience for patients, surgeons and anesthesiologists. The practice at Harborview has evolved from a small handful of patients to several thousand being treated annually by our group.
Dr. Lollo earned his M.D. with high honors from the University of Rome. He is board certified in Anesthesiology and Family Medicine. He has served as a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists' regional anesthesia committee and editor of several anesthesiology specialty journals. He is a graduate of the UW Teaching Scholars program and is enrolled in the American Association of Medical Colleges Medical Education Research Certification program.
In her free time Dr. Lollo enjoys traveling.
