Emergency medicine

Lisa Cooper, M.D., is a board certified physician in the Emergency Departments at Harborview and UW Medical Centers and a UW instructor of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Cooper understands that a visit to the Emergency Department can be frightening and overwhelming, especially when one is worried about your health or the health of a loved one. Her goal is to make patients comfortable, both physically and emotionally, while evaluating their symptoms for life-threatening conditions. It is important to her to listen to her patients and provide the best care possible. Dr. Cooper earned her M.D. from the University of Texas, San Antonio.
