Lindsey Knowles, PhD, is a clinical psychologist serving people with mental and behavioral health concerns related to long COVID and other chronic health conditions. Dr. Knowles believes in a holistic approach to managing chronic health conditions. She uses a variety of techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness practices, and self-management strategies, to help individuals cope with the emotional and physical challenges of living with a chronic illness. 

Dr. Knowles's clinical expertise includes fatigue and pain management, coping with chronic health conditions and/or disability, multidisciplinary care, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Dr. Knowles is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington. She is an attending psychologist in the Post-COVID Rehabilitation and Recovery Clinic at Harborview Medical Center.
