About Lindley Barbee
Lindley Barbee, M.D., M.P.H., is a board certified physician at the Madison Clinic at Harborview and a UW Assistant Professor of Medicine and Allergy and Infectious Diseases. She is also a medical director of the Public Health Seattle & King County STD Clinic.
Dr. Barbee enjoys getting to know her patients and developing long-term therapeutic relationships. She feels privileged to work at the Madison Clinic at Harborview with an extensive, integrated care team where every team member works to provide patients with a true medical home.
Dr. Barbee earned her M.D. at the University of Miami and her M.P.H. at the University of Michigan. She is board certified in both Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine. Her current research projects examine clinical and epidemiologic aspects of gonorrhea and chlamydia, antimicrobial resistance and novel treatment regimens.
Personal Interests
In her free time Dr. Barbee enjoys gardening, cooking, yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
