About Leizl Sapico
Leizl F. Sapico, MD, is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology with a specific interest in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and postpartum care.
Dr. Sapico's approach to patient care is rooted in health education, the creation of safe and supportive spaces, and a strong commitment to health equity. She strives to empower patients through knowledge, foster trust through open communication and advocate for inclusive care practices that address systemic disparities.
Dr. Sapico's clinical expertise include hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and postpartum care. Her approach emphasizes health education, safe and supportive environments, and a commitment to health equity. She is also an acting assistant professor of obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Washington.

Dr. Sapico enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, doing anything that is plant-related and relaxing with at home watching true crime shows!
