About Lauron Placentia
Lauron Placentia, P.T., D.P.T., O.C.S., is a board-certified doctor of physical therapy at Harborview.
Dr. Placentia treats patients with musculoskeletal conditions, with a special interest in helping injured athletes return to their sports. To help his patients return to doing what they love, he strives to provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy through individualized treatment plans, comprehensive education and meaningful relationships.
Dr. Placentia earned his D.P.T. from the UW.. His clinical interests include sports rehabilitation and athletics, core stabilization, manual therapy, trauma populations and young adult populations. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and directly involved with the Physical Therapy Association of Washington (PTWA) as the district co-chair for the King District PTWA.

Personal Interests
Outside of work, Dr. Placentia enjoys soccer, running, hiking, biking, following Husky athletics and spending time with his family including his dog, Goose.
