About Lauren R. Thronson
Lauren R. Thronson, M.D. is a primary care internist at Harborview Medical Center and a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the University of Washington. Her clinical practice is in the Adult Medicine Clinic and on the inpatient Medicine service at Harborview.
Dr. Thronson earned her undergraduate degree from Reed College in 2001 and her medical degree from Harvard University in 2005. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Washington, followed by a fellowship in medical education in 2009.
Dr. Thronson's clinical interests include general internal medicine and primary care.
Dr. Thronson believes in giving the highest quality care to each patient, but knows that "one size doesn't fit all." She enjoys being a generalist because it allows her to understand how everything in her patients' bodies and lives interact.
