Lars Margolis, M.D. is a resident physician at the General Internal Medicine clinic at the University of Washington Medical Center Roosevelt.

Dr. Margolis' favorite part about practicing medicine is working closely with patients and getting to know them well. A graduate of Columbia University, he thinks of himself as a teammate, helping people to stay healthy, active and happy. He believes good communication between a patient and doctor are essential to accomplishing this goal.

Personal Interests

When Dr. Margolis is outside of the hospital and clinic, some of his favorite activities are running, hiking, traveling and reading. He also tries to meditate every morning. Coming from the East Coast, he is excited to explore the Pacific Northwest. He's also a big sports fan. Having grown up near Boston, his favorite team to watch is the Celtics.
