About Kristen Anne Connelly Baker
Kristen Baker, ARNP, is a certified advanced registered nurse practitioner. Kristen is honored to serve as a primary care provider. She loves getting to know her patients as people and partnering with them to achieve their best possible health. She seeks to provide friendly, compassionate, thorough and evidence-based care. Kristen’s clinical interests include preventative medicine and chronic disease management.
Personal Interests
Kristen enjoys spending time outside exploring the beautiful PNW with her dog, Lobo. She also loves to garden, cook, and dork out on plants.
