With the ARNP, I truly had the best experience I've ever had during a visit like this. She was so incredibly authentic, personable, and immediately made me feel as if I could be more honest and open. She listened, provided information and advice in a way that didn't make me feel embarrassed, was clear about the next steps, and made me feel at ease. Based on a response on the paperwork I filled out, she asked a question that I have never been asked, "is there anything I can do to make this experience more comfortable for you?" I immediately felt like I could be more open and honest, which resulted in the most informative and helpful appointment I have had. Please provide my thanks and give kudos to both providers. Kimberly Dunn again impressed me with her preparation for the appointment and her thoroughness during our time together. She listened to my concerns, asked great questions, and shared expertise about evolving research and guidance related to her field and impactful to my health.

Kimberly has a wonderful energy, but the appointment felt very rushed. Most of my questions were met with "and you can talk about that with the doctor" which I completely understand, but I don't see my doctor for another two visits. I was also told that all my questions can be answered through MyChart which is great, but made the appointment feel pointless. I realize babies are delivered every day and I don't have an unusual pregnancy, but this is my first child and it would have been nice for the appointment to reduce some of my anxiety!

I have never been to a medical facility before where everyone seemed so happy to be there. It was a most pleasant experience.

We are so sad to be moving and while I'll be able to keep a long distance relationship due to work travel, it will be hard to see my mom go to someone else.
