Kenneth R. Maravilla, M.D., is director of the UW Magnetic Resonance Research Laboratory and Brain Imaging Core facility and a UW professor of Radiology and Neurological Surgery.
Dr. Maravilla believes in actively partnering with his patients to provide the best possible care.
Dr. Maravilla earned his M.D. from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn. He specializes in Neuroradiology, with expertise in diagnostic imaging of the brain, spine and extra-cranial head and neck pathology.
His research interests include developing new imaging techniques to diagnose central nervous system disease and exploring such applications in multiple sclerosis, brain tumors and peripheral nerve disease. He is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology.
In his spare time, Dr. Maravilla enjoys photography, travel, power walking, opera and Broadway shows.
