Keillan was amazing!! I really felt like she cared about me and my problems and suggested things that would help me be healthy. Finding preventative care is always challenging for me as a young healthy person but Keillan made it so great

Excellent care and service, felt like all of my issues were being addressed in a professional manner. I was referred to a specialist during the session and it was easy to understand what steps needed to be taken next.

Keillan was excellent - an IUD removal is not a fun procedure but she made it as easy as possible. She asked about any trauma history or past experience before starting the experience which I really appreciated, she was quick and efficient and offered me a heating pad and options to quickly ease and pain and discomfort. She was also thorough and kind in making sure I had a plan for any follow-up, how to deal with any side effects, and offered related screening. Overall, one of the better medical experiences I've ever had for this kind of care.

Overall good experience! This was a first visit, as I was transitioning out of my pediatric primary care. Some of the questions and things we discussed I did not know about before they were mentioned, so a bit more explanation would've been nice. The interactions felt a bit direct to me and more rapport would've been nice as a new patient! She was very helpful though!
