Kay H. Sobey, M.P.T., C.O.M.T., F.A.A.O.M.P.T., is a Physical Therapist who provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment to orthopedic and sports medicine patients.

Sobey earned her master's degree in physical therapy from California State University Northridge. She completed residency and fellowship programs through the Ola Grimsby Institute, specializing in orthopedic manual therapy. She also completed two levels of advanced bike fit training to accommodate road, mountain and commuter cyclists.

Her clinical interests include orthopedic manual therapy, sports medicine and bike fitting.

Sobey takes a holistic view and approach treating patients to create a manual therapy and exercise plan that meets their individual needs.

Personal Interests

In her spare time, Sobey enjoys hiking, road biking, backpacking and diving.
