Patient Care Philosophy

I believe collaborative care is an integral part of the rehabilitation process. I also think it is important to develop professional relationships and strong lines of communication with other providers including physical therapists, doctors, medical staff, Athletic Trainers and coaches. I enjoy empowering patients by providing them with the tools and education they need in order to return to the lifestyle and recreational activities they love. This involves creating well-balance and individualized treatment plans that take into consideration each person’s unique needs.

I am a native to the Pacific Northwest and enjoy being outdoors as much as possible. I also enjoy cooking, spending time with friends and family, walking my dog, and cheering on my favorite teams at local sporting events. Go Dawgs!
