About Kathleen Farrell Pagulayan
Kati Pagulayan, PhD, is a clinical neuropsychologist who specializes in evaluation of cognitive difficulties in the assessment and rehabilitation of adults with cognitive difficulties resulting from neurological, psychiatric, and other medical conditions. Dr. Pagulayan believes in a team-based approach to patient care, with a strong emphasis on research-informed clinical decision making and treatment planning that focuses on patient's priorities and values.
Dr. Pagulayan's clinical expertise includes neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation interventions for patients with acquired cognitive difficulties due to neurologic conditions such as traumatic brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis and other medical conditions such as organ transplant, COVID-19, diabetes, and sleep apnea. Dr. Pagulayan is also a professor and director of research in the Division of Rehabilitation Psychology and Neuropsychology, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington.
