Karen Wong, M.B.B.S., is a pediatric anesthesiologist at Seattle Children's Hospital and a UW assistant professor of Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Wong enjoys taking care of children and their families when they have to have anesthesia, whether it is for surgery or a scan. Her aim is to keep the child at ease and comfortable and their families well informed.
Dr. Wong earned her M.B.B.S. from The University of Melbourne, Australia. She is a fellow in the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. Her clinical and research interests include neurosurgery, craniofacial surgery, anesthesia for radiology and participating in the pediatric craniofacial surgery perioperative registry.
In her free time Dr. Wong enjoys sailing and traveling.
