Dr. Palalay explained options and answered all my questions without judgement

KC is by far the best PCP I've ever had. She is judgmental free and truly tries her best to assist me in resolving my medical conditions.

I consulted with Dr. Palalay about a heightened emotional issue and she listened and empathized and shared about options I had to help with sleep and anxiety. She was also supportive in helping me ask for the intermittent leave that I need to process.

Dr. Palalay is always very understanding and helpful. She seems to really want to do what is best for me and tries to make suggestions that I can do to help myself.

I love Dr. P. She seems to really care about my whole well-being, asks thorough questions, and takes the time to answer any Qs I have. She never seems rushed at all, which is rare. When she's in the room, she's totally present and I so appreciate that.

My care provider Dr. Palalay, listens to my concerns, responds with medical advice, and recommends further treatment if necessary. If I have a concern or am feeling sick I'll only schedule an appointment with her if possible.

I love this clinic and every provider I have seen here. I love having Karen palalay as my PCP, she is great, listens and is very compassionate. The medical assistants and great as well and very fast, they enter the room pretty much the exact time I enter the room. This clinic is the fastest and most efficient clinic I have ever been to, other clinics and hospitals need to take lessons.
