[...]. She had a very positive experience and would mark excellent on everything if she was literate on the computer. I was able to get a same day appointment for myself when I inquired about getting one. That won me over! Great professional service!
None. Dr. Lin is amazing.
The audiologist put me @ ease during hearing testing, gave me clear instructions, and made sure I was comfortable & ready to proceed w the testing. I would have appreciated maybe 5 minutes more to mention other symptoms I was having.
No suggestions, *Dr. Lin is very kind.
All were good
Dr. Lin was very helpful with a friendly manner
Dr. Karen Lin was fantastic. I would highly recommend her to friends and family. Her entire staff was wonderful especially during my fine needle aspiration procedure. She made me feel calm during an invasive procedure. Thank so you much.

I trust Dr. Lin for my routine ear cleaning as I had gone to someone else years ago when when she was on vacation. [...]

Both *Dr. Karen Lin and her assistant are excellent! They listen carefully to what you say. They act in a kind, caring, and professional manner. They do an outstanding job!
Provider did not address all of my concerns.
Just want to thank Dr. Lin, her staff and even the parking lot attended. Right from the start I felt that everyone really cared and when I called to make my appointment the receptionist was amazing and truly placed my mind at ease in saying that seeing Dr. Lin I was in great hands. She was completely correct. Just hope they can figure out why I'm coughing and get it resolved. Thank you
My visit with Dr. Lin stands out! I was in urgent care the day before and the morning of the visit was when I called the general UW scheduler to find a specialist. The young lady who assisted me was amazing and was able to find Dr. Lin who must have had a cancelation for that morning. Before I even arrived Dr. Lin reviewed my records and had already spoken with PT to see if they could fit me in that morning as well. I felt Dr. Lin fully understood my situation and partnered with me for the appropriate treatment to ensure I could enjoy my upcoming vacation. Everyone I encountered was amazing and I truly felt heard and cared form while receiving top level medical care from people who spoke with me. I've already provided her information to a friend!
Dr. Linn always makes my experience better.
Dr. Lin is super!
I was taken care of really well, from the office employees, to the nurse, whom I really liked and connected with, to the Dr. who was very friendly helpful listened well, explained things well, they all made me feel well taken care of. One test ordered for ct scan, will find out more. The My Chart visit summary is extremely helpful to remind me exactly what I need to do as well. Thank you
