About Joshua A. Hill
Joshua Hill, M.D., is a board certified physician at SCCA and a UW acting assistant professor of Medicine and Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
As a clinician and researcher, Dr. Hill’s priority is to ensure that patients receive the most up-to-date and evidence-based care for their infections. He strives to educate and support patients to formulate and carry out a treatment plan.
Dr. Hill earned his M.D. from the University of Texas. He is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. He also earned a certificate from the Harvard School of Public Health Training Program in Clinical Effectiveness Research. He is a member of the Infectious Diseases Society of America, American Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation and the American Society of Transplantation. His clinical and research interests include infections in cancer patients and patients with compromised immune systems and diagnostic and treatment strategies for viral infections.
Personal Interests
In his free time Dr. Hill enjoys hiking, rock climbing, mountaineering, backpacking, cycling, fly fishing, sailing and tennis.
