Joseph Rajendran, M.D., is a board certified physician, director of Diagnostic Imaging and associate chief of staff for Research and Development at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System. He is also a UW professor of Radiology and an adjunct professor of Radiation Oncology.

Dr. Rajendran specializes in all aspects of nuclear medicine. As a physician provider he takes pride in and enjoys serving patients through clinical care, education and research.

Dr. Rajendran completed his M.D. at Madurai Medical College in India. He is a fellow of the American College of Nuclear Medicine and American Society of Nuclear Cardiology. He gives lectures to UW medical residents and fellows in Nuclear Medicine, Radiology, Radiation Oncology, Otolaryngology and Neuroradiology.
