During the annual wellness exam, Dr. Lauinger listened to my concerns about medication and made appropriate adjustments.

I love Dr. Lauinger and his nurse (I unfortunately don't remember her name). I love his approach and that he is honest with me but non-reactive. It encourages me to be honest with my doctor instead of trying to pretend I'm doing better. He comes across patient, caring, kind and understanding. He's great and so is the nurse I always see. She's fun, kind and understanding.

Both he and his assistant have been my primary care team for over 20 yearsthey have always been very caring and informative in their approach to fulfill my health care needs

Providers attitude was distant. Didn't attempt to better understand the issue I was having. Didn't elaborate on the possible diagnoses he came up with. Prescribed medication, but didn't discuss it or even tell me the name of it, making me apprehensive to take it.
