Jordi Snow, CNM, ARNP, is a certified nurse midwife. She specializes in Midwifery. Jordi believes that the patient is the expert in their lived experience and that by partnering with patients and their families, we can create health goals that balance all aspects of wellness. Her nursing practice is founded on the principle of teamwork and a strong belief that we serve ourselves and our patients best when we collaborate effectively. Jordi specializes in women’s health across the lifespan, focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, and reproductive health.
