Dr Sheffield is a highly qualified, compassionate and fully engaged provider. He listens, and respond appropriately in concert with me the patient with obvious care and concern for my health needs. He is a valuable asset for me and my health needs as well as a very good provider for UW Medicine.

Dr. Sheffield is always great; understanding, personable, knowledgeable a good listener and a friend!

Dr. Sheffield's care and concern for me as a patient and as a whole person always come through. I feel listened to and heard, never rushed. He makes sure all health concerns are addressed (mine and his) and we discuss options & next steps. Dr. Sheff always checks back in with me for understanding, making sure that I understand what has been discussed and I am clear on anything I am supposed to do (check my BP, get labs, change RX, etc.). Above all he listens, treats me with kindness and respect and is an amazing physician and human.
