After months of seeking care from other healthcare providers, Dr. Sheffield was the first PCP who really heard me and diagnosed me, treated medically all appropriately. The staff were stellar in response to meeting my healthcare needs. They showed compassion & commitment. And I felt confident in the quality of care I received.

Dr. Sheffield's care and concern for me as a patient and as a whole person always come through. I feel listened to and heard, never rushed. He makes sure all health concerns are addressed (mine and his) and we discuss options & next steps. Dr. Sheff always checks back in with me for understanding, making sure that I understand what has been discussed and I am clear on anything I am supposed to do (check my BP, get labs, change RX, etc.). Above all he listens, treats me with kindness and respect and is an amazing physician and human.
