Jody listened well, and was very helpful in asking me questions to determine the level of care I needed with my horrific cold. I am an RN, BSN, and I don't think I have ever been coughing so violently during an attempted conversation with a healthcare provider. I could barely talk. She heard my VS and symptoms with empathy and a good understanding that I was not looking for antibiotics, just solutions so I might be able to endure.

Jody was very personable and showed that she cared about what I was experiencing and how I presently was feeling. Clearly explained a plan going forward and answered my questions.

Jody Kline-McHugh was excellent. My condition presents a little atypically, and sometimes it's difficult to get doctors to take this into account. However, she reviewed my history, listened to my description of my symptoms and past experiences, and adjusted the treatment plan accordingly. Very kind, efficient, and helpful.
