Joan Suver, P.A.-C., M.H.S., is a board certified physician assistant at SCCA.
Suver feels it is a privilege to take part in the care of post-transplant patients and to help them navigate the complicated transition after stem cell transplant. It is very gratifying to see patients resume a normal school and work life after transplant, and to help ease their way back to health.
Suver received her medical education at Duke University. She has worked in stem cell transplantation for 14 years, and works with chronic graft-versus-host disease patients managing their care.
Joan Suver enjoys hiking, skiing and gardening.
