Dr. Wu was kind, thorough, and used laymen terms when explaining my condition and possible remedies. I felt he had my best interests in mind and took time to go over all options. [...]

Fast, efficient, and considering the nature of the appointment a very good experience. Dr. Wu is a treasure. Don't lose that guy, he's amazing.

Dr. Wu talked a lot about the risks and what he personally/professionally would not do but offered no path forward to address my neck pain. He never referred to my MRI in his discussion with me. Essentially he passed the problem back to me to find a solution. His notes contain contradictory statements. Left me wondering why I even bothered to see him.
