Jessica L. Holloway, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, is a fellowship-trained physical therapist with a board certification in orthopedics at UW Medicine Advanced Manual Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation in Ballard. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Northern Illinois University and her post doctorate residency and fellowship through the Ola Grimsby Institute in Seattle.
Jessica 's treatment approach with patients is to listen to their concerns and to use exercise as a tool to help them achieve their goals. She also enjoys educating other physical therapists and welcomes students for observation or clinical internships.
As a clinician, Jessica’s interests include orthopedics and women’s health including prenatal/postpartum care and pelvic pain. Jessica enjoys conditions including spine, TMJ, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries. She has experience with post-operative care, including rehab through return to sport with ACL reconstructions and knee surgeries, hip surgeries, shoulder surgeries, and total joint replacements.
Jessica enjoys hiking, traveling, and paddle boarding with her husband. She is an exercise enthusiast that enjoys running, biking, weightlifting, and yoga. Jessica also likes experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, gardening, and becoming a mini-Martha Stewart with DIY projects.
