Dr. Oulton was empathetic, attentive, and included my input in discussing my conditions and treatment options. I also appreciated his Information technology skills and sense of humor. It's been a very long time since I've encountered a physician of his caliber. I feel like I found a safe haven in a time when it is difficult to find quality medical care.
