I had a very good visit with Dr Choy. Punctual, professional, and compassionate.

Dr Choy was extremely good at listening fully, explaining and educating me on what's happening to me, options and how they relate to the wider picture. Highly efficient and human. Nurse [...] was very attentive and caring and efficient. It was brutal however scheduling the appointment. I was on hold for 1-hour 13 minutes. Once I got through, an appointment was available for next day. I hope some improvement in the call wait times, can happen as this needs to be focus area in the overall patient experience.

My Dr Jermy Choi was outstanding. He explained everything to me good and bad. Was very articulate and helpful. I wish more Dr's were that way. He didn't just rush in and out which I appreciate.

Dr. Choy was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable about condition and treatment.

After completing his portion of the exam, while I was in the observation phase of the appointment, Dr. Choy went above and beyond by doing additional medical research about the treatment plan and returned a short time later to modify the plan with further advice based on his research about a unique medicine. Not many doctors will do this (if any).

Honestly I've never had a better visit than at this location with this staff, everyone was helpful.
