The PA, Jennifer J, with UW Sports Medicine did an amazing job working through the explanation of what was found with my MRIs, as well as the planned course of action for surgery. I had done some of my own research between my visit to the ER and the initial consult to UW Sports Medicine, so I did have some questions that did require her to expand on a few topics discussed, and Dr [...] drove the remainder of the conversation home at the consult and during pre-op. All of the staff at the Medical Center for the surgery itself from the folks at the front desk for check-in, to the Anesthesia team, to the surgical team were incredibly friendly and easy to work with and removed much of the normal stress and hesitations that I had going into the procedure.
